NPL-AT is based on a 3x2 matrix (12 total members) with expansion options.

1st level commissions are 33% per position (3 x $33)
2nd level commissions are 42% per position (9 x $42)

A full matrix pays $477. You are NOT required to have a full matrix or even a full level to be credited with commissions on sales within your 3x2 matrices.  Commissions are paid monthly.  Choose to expand and earn monthly commissions on multiple matrices.
